<author-notes><fn><p>

Requirement:

1. Place the competing interest statement within <fn> inside <author-notes> and set attribute 'fn-type' on <fn> to "COI-statement"
2. Ensure that within <author-notes>, there is a <title> containing the text "Notes" (see the example)
