Taxonomy: major headings

Element or context:

<p><named-content>

A taxonomy major heading is not really a heading but more of a special type of paragraph.

Requirements:

1. Put the taxonomy major heading within a <p>. Inside the <p>, enclose the taxonomy major heading in a <named-content> element, with content-type="tax-major-head".

Example: taxonomy major heading

<p><named-content content-type="tax-major-head">Genus <named-content content-type="genus" xlink:type="simple"><italic>Ansella</italic></named-content> Fåhræus and Hunter, 1985</named-content></p>
