Issue metadata for continuous publication journals

<issue>, <issue-subject-group>, issue xml file

Note:

The following requirements apply to all CSP journals that follow a continuous publication schedule:

• APNM
• AS
• BCB
• CGJ
• CJAS
• Botany
• CJFAS
• CJFR
• CJM
• CJPS
• CJSS
• CJZ
• DSA
• ER
• Genome
• FACETS

Requirements:

1. In the issue-xml file, within <issue-meta>, omit the <issue> tag
2. Within <pub-date>, omit <month> so that <pub-date> only contains <year>
3. Add the new article to <toc> in the issue XML file within the appropriate <issue-subject-group> in the appropriate order:
   • xml:lang — Within each <issue-subject-group>, add new article to the bottom of the list. Articles are to be listed in the order they were added to the issue
   • xmlns:mml — Article types tagged within <issue-subject-group> should appear within <toc> in this order.
